Collard Greens Mango Salsa Wrap

Scrumptious Wrap with this delicious Mango Salsa…

Mango Salad Recipe:

(recipe is for 1-2 servings, double to make more)

-1/2 Ripe Mango

-3 Tbsp. Onions

-1 tsp. Jalapeno (I didn’t have any and my salsa was still spectacular)

-3 Tbsp. Chopped Cilantro

-1 lemon squeezed

*Mix ingredients together and enjoy on top of your chicken

Ingredients

-Grilled Chicken Breast (or other protein)

-Avocado

-Mango Salsa (recipe above)

Instructions

After I wash my collard green I put it over very light heat to get it to wilt just a Little! Getting it to wilt a little will make it easier to roll.

Place your ingredients inside your collard green (Add Mango Salsa!) and roll just as you would a burrito.
