Can’t Go Wrong, Simple Veggie Saute

You can never go wrong with a good sauté! You can add it to any dish as a side, top something off, or even add it to a salad to warm things up a bit! This was another “whatever is in the fridge” type of concoction, but it was oh so good!

Ingredients

*You can’t use too much of any of these ingredients so there aren’s any measurements

-2-4 Cloves of Garlic, minced (I told you, I love garlic, so tone it down if you’re not as crazy for it as I am)

-Chopped Mushrooms

-Chopped Onion

-Chopped Peppers

-Chopped Zucchini

-Red Chilli Flakes

-Fresh Ground Black Pepper

-Sprinkle of Himalayan Pink Salt

Instructions

-Use some Grapeseed Oil or Coconut Oil to grease up your pan

-Toss all ingredients into a pan and begin to sauté on medium heat

-When everything is cooked down and fully cooked it’s ready to serve!

-Serve as a side dish to a favorite meal, or on top of a Zingy Turkey Burger, or even on top of a salad (or both)!
